Holiday Club information for attendees

Cost and Registration

We are open 7.40 am–6 pm for full day sessions costing £32. We also run half days sessions 7.40 am–1 pm or 1 pm–6 pm at a cost of £16 per half day session. We request payment for Holiday Club in advance and unfortunately cancellations are non-refundable.

If your child is not currently registered with us for breakfast or after-school Club we will ask you to complete a Registration Form at least one week in advance of the session. We will ask you to notify us if your child has any allergies or medical conditions. Prescription medications such as asthma inhalers will need to be provided as we do not have access to medications held in school.

Requirements

Please send your child with a full packed lunch every day unless other arrangements are specified on the Programme. We usually have lunch at 12.00pm. We also provide snacks mid-morning and mid-afternoon and drinks are always available. Please ensure that no nuts are included with packed lunches (including peanut butter sandwiches) as we do have children who have nut allergies. If your child is coming for an afternoon session (1pm) please give them their lunch before they arrive.

We request that our parents and carers drop off promptly at the start of the session 8.30 am or 1pm and pick up promptly too (including half day sessions) as sometimes we may be leaving to go on trips, as we use public transport, if we are delayed it may mean we have to cancel our trip. 😢

We expect all children to carry their own belongings but please let us know if your child has a health condition which would make this difficult for them.

We require all our children to wear club wristbands with our details on and our red club hats for identification purposes and to help with sun protection.

Please don’t send your child with spending money as on occasions this has been lost.

Please inform staff if your child suffers from travel sickness if they travel on buses or coaches, we would be grateful if they can be given their normal travel sickness medication before arrival at the club if the trip is to take place in the morning. If a trip is to take place in the afternoon please speak to staff for further details.

Please telephone us if your child won’t be attending – especially on trip days.
